By accessing or using StepLearnChinese, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our service.

Description of Service

StepLearnChinese is an online platform designed to help users learn Mandarin Chinese. Our services include but are not limited to: character learning, pinyin practice, vocabulary building, reading materials, and interactive learning tools.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password
• Restricting access to your computer or device
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our service to:

• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or objectionable content

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation of the service, the accuracy of information provided, or the results of using the service for language learning.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall StepLearnChinese, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
